Dear Child of God,
Life does not need to be so complicated, full of worry and trouble. It is the blessing of God for us to enjoy our lives. To enjoy what he has given us; our house, our career, our finances, our partner/spouse, our children/family, even our bodies, our clothes, our possessions. God wants us to enjoy what He has blessed us with and to serve Him with gladness.
But today many Christians walk around complaining about their lives. They don’t approve of themselves; they don’t approve of what they have. One way or another they will find a way to not enjoy. And what happens as a result, God doesn’t get the glory. And this is what really causes a lot of the issues that we face in life.
You see, the Bible lists a whole long list of curses in the book of Deuteronomy 28 and tells us that the reason all that will happen is “Because you did not serve the Lord your God with joyfulness of [mind and] heart [in gratitude] for the abundance of all [with which He had blessed you]” (Deuteronomy 28:47)
That is the mentality we are trying to break through this Feast of Tabernacles. God wants you enjoy everything that He has given you. Be joyful in all He has blessed you with. Enjoy your car, enjoy your house, enjoy your clothes, enjoy your food. As you begin to enjoy, you are showing God you are grateful. You are appreciating what He has given you.
Go your way, eat your bread with joy and drink your wine with a cheerful heart [if you are righteous, wise, and in the hands of God]; for God has already approved and accepted your works. Let your clothes always be white [with purity], and do not let the oil [of gladness] be lacking on your head. Live joyfully with the wife whom you love all the days of your fleeting life which He has given you under the sun—all the days of vanity and futility. For this is your reward in life and in your work in which you have labored under the sun. (Ecclesiastes 9:7-9)
God says He has approved you amen. He has approved what you do. He has approved you to be successful; He has approved you to enjoy your life amen. What is it that you want to do? What is it that makes your heart happy? God says go ahead and do it for He has already approved you!
Child of God, as we are getting ready for Day 3 of the Feast of Tabernacles, Here’s what I need you to do:
1) Enjoy yourself today. Whatever God has given you and blessed you with, make an effort to enjoy it. Enjoy your money, enjoy your children if you have them, enjoy your spouse/partner, enjoy your home, enjoy your car. Whatever it is, just enjoy it. As you do that you are honoring God and He will bless you more in the days to come.

Child of God, when God approves you, it doesn’t matter what your enemies say against you, it will not prevail. Remember one of the requirements of the feast is that you don’t appear before God empty-handed. Today I want you to give £97 according to Ecclesiastes 9:7. You could give a double portion or give your best, as you are able, according to the blessing He has given you. Remember this is a special daily offering to rejoice in what God has blessed you with. You are sharing it with Him.
