What was the secret behind Daniels ability to see and hear God through dreams and visions? Daniel was a man of understanding, and he knew that God would speak to him one way or another. In fact he had so much confidence that he was willing to lay it all on the line when King Nebuchadnezzar commanded him to tell him his own dream.

He was in the practise of setting his mind to understand. He was determined to know God’s ways over his own. And truly God did show up and speak to him.
Child of God, you must be willing to become a person of understanding when it comes to dreams and visions. Begin to pray that God will show you your future; that He will show you the steps you need to take, the people you need to meet, the decisions you need to make, etc. through your dreams.
ALL WHAT I HEAR IS THAT YOUR TIME HAS COME FOR YOU TO SEEK UNDERSTANDING !!!
Jacob believed so much in the power of dreams. Since the first time he heard from God when he had run from his father’s house, he had become accustomed to hearing God’s direction through the dream.
Then God said to Jacob, “Go up to Bethel and settle there, and build an altar there to God, who appeared to you when you were fleeing from your brother Esau.” (Genesis 35:1)
Is this not also the same practise he instilled into Joseph, whom God gave powerful dreams concerning his future and the future of Israel?
