** THIS YEAR I DECLARE INTO YOUR LIFE … EVEN WHEN THE SEASONS AND THE TIMES CHANGE, YOU WILL STILL FIND FAVOUR ** 

Dear Child of God,

We are on Day 3 of our Daniel Fasting and today we discovered four secrets on how to unlock the mystery of your destiny. Remember if you haven’t joined us already, you can start from today for the next 21 days. 

The Bible tells us that God caused Daniel to find favour (Daniel 1:9) Even when government changed hands, his position remained the same. Even when people rose up against him to bring him down, his position was solidified. I pray today that even when the seasons and the times change this year, you will continue to find favour. 

 He changes the times and the seasons; He removes kings and sets up kings. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding! (Daniel 2:21)

Daniel knew the secret to excel; he knew the secret on how to capitalise on his environment; he knew the secret on how to remain in the favour of God. 

You see child of God, even when Joseph was sold into slavery to the house of Potiphar, though he did not yet understand that the hand of God was behind it, but he was wise enough to capitalise on it. The Bible tells us that God causes all things to work together for good for those who love God and are called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28). 

So, it doesn’t matter what hell you have been through; despite the difficult situation and challenges you have been faced with, when you trust God, He will work it out for your good. 

Even right now, the situation you are facing, you see sometimes we need to stop praying for God to get us out of some situations. And instead, pray that God will cause us to see the opportunity that is in it. Joseph could not have escaped the house of Potiphar; he could not have escaped the prison. Because that was God’s avenue to prepare him for the sure destiny that he had for him; to be the prime minister of Egypt. 

You may not yet see what God has in store for you, but surely everything you have gone through, everything you are going through, God will use it to make you better, to make you stronger, to prepare you for your destiny. 

For the next three months we are in the phase of man. It’s about confronting hard situations; it’s about learning how to manage your emotions and practise self-control. When Daniel heard news that the king ordered all the wise men to be executed, he did not panic. He didn’t even run to prayer. But he first questioned what was wrong with the king; he wanted to solve the problem that God had placed him there to solve. Even when he got thrown into the lion’s den, he did not break down but he accepted what was happening and trusted God to get him through it. 

This year, one of the keys to unlocking your destiny is to not give in to fear. You are going to have to confront those situations with courage. Sometimes the destiny God has for you requires toughness and the only way to develop that is to put you in some situations. No matter what enemy throws on your way this year, make up your mind, “I will not fear”. 

This year God will use opportunities, He will use challenges, and He will use trials to unlock your destiny. So don’t oppose them, don’t run from them, but welcome them; embrace them. God wants to prepare you but He can’t prepare you if you keep running. 

Begin to look for opportunities to grow in your working place, in your marriage, in your health. And when challenges come and trials meet you, don’t be afraid. But continue to look for the opportunities that God has for you. As you do that Child of God, I declare that favour will never leave you. Seasons change, times change, but when you adapt this mindset, that no matter what happens God is working it all for your good then He will cause you to find favour. 

When your financial season changes, you will find favour. When your marriage season changes, you will find favour. When your career season changes, you will find favour. No matter what, you will continue finding favour. 

God wants to reveal to you the mystery of your destiny and why you went through some of the situations in life that you’ve gone through. But as long as you keep focusing on the pain and feeling sorry for yourself, you’ll never understand. I know it’s not been easy but you can’t keep focusing on those things. Instead, look to God and find the opportunities in them.

1. Using the prayer agreement form below, I want you to send me the list of areas where you are believing God to find favour even when the seasons change.

2. This Daniel Fasting, we are sowing a daily sacrificial seed of £22. As you build up these daily altars with God, it will speak on your behalf. You are declaring this year to be the year of Excellence. Remember you can give a double portion, or give whatsoever you can afford but give cheerfully as the Lord has blessed you. 

3. The Lord has instructed me that I must anoint you daily. Using the prayer agreement form, please send me a photo of your forehead so I can anoint it. 

4. Remember the instructions for our Daniel Fast is that you must abstain from meat. That is all chicken, fish, beef and pork, and it also includes alcohol as well. You can eat dairy products (egg, cheese, milk, etc.) But strictly no meat.
