Beloved,

As I sat before the Lord this morning, a heavy wind of revelation came upon me. I could feel the groaning of souls — people who have prayed, fasted, served, and waited, yet the answers never seem to come. The Lord said to me, “My people are not denied, they are delayed — and behind every delay, there is an altar speaking.”

Then I saw something in the Spirit — a giant clock suspended in the heavens. The hands of the clock were stuck, frozen between promise and fulfillment. Every tick represented a dream, a destiny, a divine word that was meant to come to pass but was trapped by demonic hands. I saw names written — yours among them — and I heard the Spirit whisper, “This delay is not from Me. It is time for the altar of delay to be broken.”

Beloved, some of the delays you’ve experienced were not caused by lack of prayer or faith. They were caused by ancestral altars of delay that were erected long before you were born. In some families, blessings arrive too late — breakthroughs come when strength is gone, relationships form too late, promotions appear after years of pain. These are not coincidences. These are altars of delayed blessings that must be confronted.

Understanding the Altars of Delay

These are spiritual systems that make divine promises tarry. They whisper, “Wait… not yet,” until your spirit becomes weary.

Some of these altars are:

• Ancestral altars — where your forefathers made vows they never fulfilled.
• Altars of disappointment — that make every open door close suddenly.
• Altars of frustration — that trap progress in endless cycles of “almost there.”
• Altars of time manipulation — that delay destiny helpers and opportunities.

But hear me: God is not the author of delay. The Bible says in Habakkuk 2:3,

“For the vision is yet for an appointed time; though it tarries, wait for it — it will surely come.”

This Friday, as we gather for our All-Night Deliverance Service — “Overcoming Altars of Delayed Blessings”, I will be personally confronting these altars before the Lord.

⚔️ What I Saw in Prayer

As I was interceding for this service, I saw a powerful vision — a long chain wrapped around a golden door labeled “2024 Blessings.” The chain was made of names, vows, and altars of disobedience. Then I saw the fire of God descend from Heaven and snap the chains open. Suddenly, light poured out, and I heard the voice of the Lord say,

“Tell My people — I am releasing everything that has been held back. Their delayed blessings are about to overflow.”

This is your prophetic moment, 
Your relationship, your finances, your ministry, your purpose — everything that has been trapped in delay is about to break forth like a river.

Prophetic Testimonies of Release

Just last week, a woman who had been waiting seven years for a visa breakthrough sent her request to the altar. Before the week ended, she received an email saying her case had been “miraculously reopened and approved.”

Another brother from Birmingham testified that after sending his offering and prayer request for delayed finances, the company that had owed him £18,000 for over two years suddenly called him to say the money would be released immediately.

Beloved, these are signs that God is moving swiftly for those who act in faith.
